Watermark it without handing over the original
ID scans, contracts, screenshots. One diagonal tiled layer makes them much harder to misuse. Watermarking, compression and format conversion all run inside your own browser, and closing the tab wipes everything.
Compress one while you are here
No page to jump to. Drop a file in and it compresses. This step is local too.
Five tools, all running in your browser
Your files never leave this device
Most sites like this upload your file to a server first. That is not necessary here. The browser can decode images, parse PDFs and run the inpainting algorithm on its own, so all of it happens locally.
No uploads
Works offline. Go ahead and pull the plug to check.
No sign-up
No account, no email, no verification code.
No limits
Dozens of files at a time is fine, then download them as one zip.
Common questions
Do my files get uploaded to your server?
No. Compression, HEIC decoding, PDF parsing and image inpainting all happen in the browser, so your files stay on your device the whole time. Disconnect from the internet and try again if you want to confirm it.
How many files can I process at once?
There is no cap. The only limit is your device memory. A few dozen phone photos is a normal load, and you can download the results as a single zip.
Will compression hurt image quality?
On most photos the standard level is not visibly different, and the file usually drops to about a third of its original size. Use the light level if quality matters, or the strong level if you need the smallest possible file.
Why will my iPhone photos not open on Windows?
iPhones save photos as HEIC by default, and Windows plus some Android devices have no built-in decoder for it. Convert to JPG and every device can open them.
Does PDF to Word keep the layout?
Only the text comes across. Paragraphs, heading levels and page breaks are kept. Tables, columns and images are not. Scanned PDFs have no text layer, so they cannot be converted yet.
How well does watermark removal work?
Thin text watermarks, date stamps and scratches usually come out clean. Large opaque logos and watermarks sitting on busy textures turn into a blurry patch. Please only process images you have the right to edit.
What is the right way to watermark an ID document?
Use diagonal tiling, not a single mark in the corner. A corner watermark disappears with one crop, while tiling covers the whole image so even a cropped piece carries it. State the purpose in the text. The watermark page has ready-made templates.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the page and start working. Nothing is recorded about the files you process.
